I like that you can create a dashboard of your own choosing to help visualize trends in data sets you are tracking. The ability to have multiple views into one system is very useful as well. Sometimes it would be helpful if they had more options when creating dashboards - sometimes I find them limiting and need to go outside their toolset to get what I want. We use this software mainly to keep track of our internal analytics within the company. This allows us to quickly identify which products or services are performing best, where we could improve, etc.
