Used product. best in my review

I bought the product, but upon arrival, I checked it and found that it was a used product, not a new product.There are traces of bonding the body and parts, and there are serious scratches that occurred in the process.It's really disappointing.I want to return it, but I can't return it because I have to use it urgently.
