7/3: I received an email from the company this morning after I wrote my first review yesterday. I have to give credit for your quick response. As it turns out, these headphones don't work with any of my kids' devices as they all have protective cases. The plug on these headphones is very large and the case does not allow it to be fully inserted. I removed the case from my phone and tried the headphones again after receiving their email. They worked fine. Unfortunately, removing the protective cases from my daughter's devices so she can use these headphones isn't really an option. I think most people who buy these headphones are also buying them for a child so be aware they will not work with our protective cases. I changed my rating to 3 stars because the headphones worked but not for us and I got my money back quickly so we could find a working headphone. 7/2: We just got them in the mail. We connected them to multiple devices and they don't work. The sound comes out of the devices as if nothing was connected to them. My other daughter received a different brand (also delivered today) and hers works perfectly.
