As an enterprise threat analyst I can say that the platform is easy to use and has a great customer care. The knowledge base is also very good and contains many tutorials for new users. It is great if you are not familiar with web application security. A few things need some improvement like the price which is relatively high compared to other providers. I would recommend this product. Its a great solution if you want to have a secure network. We have been able to detect different threats in our organization.
