Very delicate connection, often drops even when very close and in sight of a connected cellphone. The connection was completely lost at a distance of 10 feet. And although the phone still showed as connected, I had to turn the headphones off and on again to get them playing sound again. The same thing. You cannot charge the charging case and earbuds at the same time.
