My 2 month old had a horrible lullaby with large yellow scales all over his head and an inflammatory component that was bright red and itchy to the point where he was scratching his head without mittens and the doctor swabbed us hydrocortisone at night and it was still scary. I used this product to wash his hair after applying Era Organics Super Balm 3 hours earlier. With this I was able to wash off almost all of the dandruff with a soft silicone brush, the rest was easy to comb out. The next morning the cradle did not appear, the redness and itching completely disappeared. I'm not sure which product was the miracle product or the combination but we continued to use this shampoo every night with a super balm from after and we didn't have a cradle anymore!
