This glove allows me to play on very cold days when I otherwise couldn't. When the mercury drops below 30 FI, I hold that on my right hand and my running glove on my left. My running glove hand cools down much earlier than my right hand. There's enough room inside for a large hand my size and a size 5 racquet grip. And after I take the racquet grip out, I can use it to hold the ball basket grip, so I never have to take it off during practice. Do I prefer to play without? Of course. It's a bit awkward to put the handle of the racquet in the hole. And I feel like it slows down my swing (or maybe it's the effect of cold temperatures on my muscles). But wearing it is better than staying home or risking frostbite!
