When I received the cordless air purifier the power button would not turn off unless pressed very hard and it is not always UPDATED! The company saw my mail and was very concerned that my duster was not working properly and I have never asked for a refund or replacement and they contacted me and said they were really sorry my air duster was defective, and asked if they could send me a new one and i would keep the broken one and there would be no charge for it. I accepted it and a few days later I got a new one and it works great. Thank you for doing everything to make the customer happy.
