I just received this product. I've use one like this at a wellness center near me and loved it so decided to get one for home. This product seems very high quality as was the packaging. The only issue is that I may need to exchange it. Upon first use, I get an error that there is an "air leak" in "zone 3". I'm going to attempt to return and exchange for a new one since the reviews so far here seem positive. It is my Christmas gift (yes, I opened it early to see if it works properly and I'm glad I did). I'll come back and post again about the exchange process and if it goes smoothly. As, I mentioned, I really enjoyed using this product at the wellness center. One of my teen sons is a high school athlete (also enjoyed it at the wellness center) and will be using it also.
