Review on πŸŽ’ Optimized North Face Borealis Backpack for Women by Pablo Rudon

DO NOT BUY THIS BACKPACK. save your money

Big regret I ever lost so much money on this fake backpack. I trusted the North Face name and all the positive reviews but honestly, apart from the durability of this backpack, this is the worst backpack I have ever owned. Let's start with "flexible bands". All you need for the straps is a pillow and fringe, they are comfortable and conform to your shoulders. But they have a weird, incredibly thick, oddly shaped cardboard that twists in such a way that it bites right into my collarbone and shoulders, causing incredible pain and scarring. It has practically no filler. I mean those nifty straps on trendy backpacks are more comfortable than this one. It's amazing how awful belts are. I can't stress this enough. Again: NO pads with a thick rolled cardboard liner. What? And unfortunately this very insert is located at the back of the backpack, which would "hugg" against the back, but since it's thick and twisted here too, it instead bends the backpack so that a gap remains. This way the backpack will rest on your neck, curve outward and then go into your tailbone due to the severe twist and angle. I have attached an image for better representation. This reduces the amount of items you can pack in your backpack, frankly looks ridiculous, and ensures that your backpack never stands up straight but falls off as soon as you put it down. Not at all "flexible" or "soft" as in the description. Again, no padding here or anywhere else. Pulling on the laces to fit more items into the two front pockets only makes the problem worse. As for the back pocket, the ONLY thing you can put in there is an extremely thin laptop. All claims and descriptions of this backpack by the seller/brand are outright lies and I couldn't be more disappointed that I can't return this piece of junk. I used it in the hopes that this fancy cardboard contraption might crack? But that's not the case. I hate it today as much as I did day one, despite using .TLDR regularly; you're better off with Jansport.

Pros

Cons
