Review on 💧 Neutrogena Hyaluronic-Enriched Plumping Mascara by Lauren Marley

I am very annoyed with Neutrogena! This is my second tube, 1/2 full. The tube in the photo without the need to insert it. I put a stick in the first tube that came out and it kept coming out dry. When I look into the tube, I see blueness along the entire length of the tube. NOT EVEN HALF FULL! I don't expect it to be completely full, but at least 3/4 full! I've watched a lot of YouTube videos and they're all almost full of products before I introduce the magic wand. THIS PIPE IS A FULL HANDLE. I'll send it back and get my money back. This is happening more and more with products made in CHINA. They intentionally defraud American consumers and these American companies are not protecting us buyers with better product quality control. When I emailed Neutrogena their response was NOT to replace a less than half full tube of mascara but to send me useless coupons to BUY MORE of their crappy products. NO THANK YOU! Choose another brand, this brand is all about $$$$ and does not offer quality products.
