Arrived defective: Replacement parts

This product was faulty and I wish they would replace it. It was taken to a mechanic and they told me it was defective, I just hope they send me a replacement. I failed my widow to replace it or return it for 7 days. I hope they approve a replacement or refund as it arrived faulty. I hope some of you are here.
