Wonderful guided journaling
I struggled with unstructured journaling, tending to do it for a short while then it falls by the wayside. This guided journal really helps me to stick with it every day and I love the thought provoking weekly questions! I have only been doing this a week but already feel positive changes in the way I feel during the day while holding on to my gratitudes and affirmation. Honestly, I didn't yet read through the beginning material and just jumped right in, I am interested and will read through it at some point when I have the time.
