I was really surprised how good they are. I didn't expect them to look as pretty as they are for the price I bought. My only complaint is that 1 set didn't have screws and things to hang it on. However, they immediately sent a replacement (whole block instead of missing parts) and I saw it was delivered today. I did not even have the opportunity to come to Kolya to return the goods. I wasn't expecting to get a replacement before I had a chance to return it. For me, this goes beyond customer service. I wouldn't be upset if I had to wait to get it back, but getting it sooner than expected is even better.
