The service is easy to use with good customer support as well. The dashboard makes it easier for us since we can see all our metrics in one place instead of having to check multiple dashboards across different vendors. The UI looks outdated which means users from the past will not be pleased while current customers are accustomed to newer designs and interfaces that look more appealing. We have been able to track sales data better using insights gleaned through analytics and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns within the organization. I like the ease of using Coda to do everything from tracking projects to managing time sheets. It's easy for small businesses and it has all the features you need to get things done. Sometimes it takes a little while to load but that is just an annoyance not a big deal. The interface looks outdated and needs some work. It could use a makeover. I think this is a great product but I also think it is getting better as they continue to update. I am solving problems with time management and project tracking.
