I am an xl but ordered a 2x and it’s big. So it runs true to your size. It’s thin but still warm. I wore it and got hot. Not cold enough yet for it here in Central Texas. One thing I’m disappointed over is the sleeve cuff. It is loose and wide. There is no stretch. It’s just big. When sleeve is rolled up and slid back down u get a loose cuff.
