Review on 🛏️ Teal Greenland Home Nirvana Quilt Set, King/California King - 3 Piece by Ali Saunders

This quilt set is beautiful, bright colors and great quality for the price. The print is intricate and detailed, printed fairly clearly but with a more casual boho effect than elegant or formal. This would be great in a teenage or college bedroom, or maybe a guest room, but I was looking for deeper, richer colors for the master bedroom, where I have a deep turquoise accent ceiling. I'm sending it back because the colors aren't what I was hoping for. (This is entirely my fault as the image on my monitor is very accurate, I was just hoping the colors were a little deeper than they appear. And I didn't lose anything with Revain Prime by ordering it to see if it works !) The duvet is sewn nicely, the trim is sewn straight and tight, the fabric is coarser but usually new bedding is like that and I think it gets softer after the first wash. The king option is oversized and perfect for my California king bed and the padding is designed for king pillows. The back overlays have drawstrings instead of zippers, but that suits me. Overlays do not have a complete pattern with paisley, sunburst, swirls, pinwheels, feather shapes. They usually only have paisley. It's not a heavy blanket, it's a very light blanket, just what I wanted here in South Texas. They are essentially two sheets of cotton with a very thin layer of batting between them. I'd say it's about the same weight as a thinner classic cotton blanket. One side is beautiful paisley/sunburst/swirl, the other is solid jade/aqua. Colours: Bright Red Lipstick, Orange Mango, Mid Violet, Crimson, Jade/Turquoise, Yellow, Mustard, Red Orange, Grey/Beige and Black. I get that it sounds flashy, but it's not, it's just very bright and fun. The background is very white. There is no blue or green. Again, I'm happy with the quality, it's just that the overall look isn't what I was hoping for.
