Speakers don't work and terrible customer support
I know I had the correct settings on my computer and I know the cable is fine. The speakers of the new monitor did not work. There was no relevant information on their website and I was unable to reach anyone by phone for tech support. There was a long detour down the phone tree that finally sent me to a website to arrange a call back. I didn't buy the monitor for the speakers but if they come with them they should still work! I will avoid Lenovo from now on. It's not worth it when there are other providers that offer better information and support.
- The only bad issue is that it doesn't have a camera, so you'll have to open your MacBook Air if you want to use the camera.
