This chair is literally the worst chair I have ever bought, I should have listened to all the reviews. The chair tilts down so when you sit it feels like you're slipping, it does NOT move easily, I have to pull it really hard to get in and out of the table. It's not comfortable in any form. When it first came out, they didn't include the lower lumbar massager headrest. As soon as I reached out they told me they didn't have the color I chose (grey and black) so they asked what color I would like instead I said the black they sent me the blue so it doesn't fit at all - which isn't a big deal, it was just the icing on the cake. I've had it less than a week and it started creaking and groaning when turning. The weight limit is 250 and I weigh over 100 pounds so there's no reason to make this so fast other than terrible quality. To be honest if I could give 0 stars I would.
