We really liked these socks. They are thick, soft and very warm. They're stretchy enough to last all day, but not too tight. Our boys (6 and 3 years old) love them. Notes: Be sure to follow the washing instructions or they will shrink. This is true for most wool products, but it's something to keep in mind. Especially when your kids throw all their dirty clothes in one basket like we do. Sort them out, or be prepared to find mini versions in pant legs coming out of the dryer. We live in Alaska. We've used these socks in temperatures as low as -20 and they've kept our boys feet warm and dry. Can't speak to colder temps yet, but they've been great so far. If we see temperatures in the 25-35 below zero range this winter, I would feel very comfortable wearing them with our kids.
