Review on CarPal Fleet by Reginald Hamilton

I like the fact that it allows me to track my fleet in real time. It is very accurate and also easy to use. There are many features that can be used to make the system even better. The only thing I don't like about this program is the fact that it does not have a good customer service department. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and when they do you get a generic answer. This is a great tool to help with tracking your fleet but if there is any problem at all just contact another provider. We are able to track our drivers and see where we need to go next. This makes it easier to plan routes and know exactly what to expect from our drivers.
