When this handbag arrived I was so excited. It looked so beautiful and was huge. We have several long trips planned and thought it would be perfect. The first issue I had was that on both sides of the wallet, next to the main zipper, the pocket sags deeply and you can't find anything at all. Then I noticed that the side pockets inside and outside are too small for my phone or keys. The shoulder strap was too short to be used effectively. The handle was too short to wear on the arm. The main zip always snaps in place and the lining clips in easily. Now after only 3 months of use the entire strap has come out of the seams making the wallet unusable. This is irreparable. It was relatively inexpensive and I received compliments on the looks. Don't waste money. The bag is not strong enough to withstand normal everyday use.
