I wanted to contact another reviewer, Scott. Hey Scott, after reading your review we did what you said and tested it right on the ground. It worked fine. But after installation, like yours, the low key didn't work. With the help of our installer we have just discovered that the small slider in the paddle plugs needs a little tightening with needle nose pliers to make them tighter. This is similar to yours. If you do this you can do it yourself by turning off the power by removing the part you can see under the stove (easy) and you have access to the wires and you can squeeze the spades a bit, and that should solve your problem.
