(NOTE: I bought these blankets as a birthday gift so I can't comment on how they will wash or hold up to heavy use). The edges are very well finished and look like they won't rip or tear, and the fabric of the window glass is very soft and light (the light gray blanket is a little less soft than the two white ones, but still very soft). for a baby blanket), perfect for warmer weather (or all year round here in the desert). The large size of the blankets means they can be used when baby is older and are large enough to provide adequate protection for both baby and mother during breastfeeding. Gender neutral prints are really cute - it's hard to tell from the photos, but the faded gray print actually shows moons and stars. I would definitely buy them again.
