I like this product very much. I chose the heated option for my hairless cats, but my hairy cats love it too. The heat isn't exactly hot (and I understand why), but you won't feel it if you put a baby blanket on your pillow. I think the closed insulated hutch really keeps the heat in and makes the cats feel safe. I bought this because my cats fight over who sleeps with me at night and I haven't slept. Now they prefer the capsule and I miss them! Pro-warmer won't burn them, the cushion is comfortable and washable, the bowl can be divided into two parts for easy cleaning, large enough for multiple cats, modern style. Con- the capsule itself is not as complex a structure as I thought. A fat cat sitting on it can bend it. The pod also has a strong industrial smell; It's been three days and it still smells really strong and now my cats smell like it too.
