When I received this item it was quite impressive. It is obviously genuine leather, and it is very well made. It would no doubt last a long time. My problem with it was twofold. First, my phone with case, is roughly 6.6 inches (16.6 cm) long. The specifications on the bag indicated that it should fit. It does, but only if the bag is on a flat surface so that you can wedge the phone inside. But if the bag is curved at all the phone won't fit. That leads to the second issue: the belt loops are further apart than the pictures would indicate. That means that if you wear it on your belt it will necessarily curve to fit your waist, thus making it unusable for storing a cell phone the size of mine. I returned it, though I hated to, because it really is a good quality item, just doesn't suit my needs.
