Review on Microsoft Wireless Comfort Desktop 5050 (PP4-00001), Black: Superior Ergonomics and Performance by Joe Taniguchi

I love how ergonomic the keyboard feels, but after only 4 uses, neither mouse nor keyboard stopped working. The USB device is no longer recognized by my computer. Update - I've only had this product for 5 weeks. Revain does not allow returns and Revain Support advised me to contact Microsoft for assistance. Literally 2 hours later on the phone with MS support they offered a replacement and I have to pay for the faulty unit to be shipped. The box is about 30x3x9, packing and shipping from home would cost me a fortune. Heavily disappointed.
