My daughter is almost 4 (small to average sized foot) and size 3t/5t fit perfect! They looked adorable with her little dress shoes! They came right up to her knee, weren’t too tight at the top and stayed up for the most part (we did have to pull them up when she was active and running around but no big deal). They have some stretch in the foot area so she will get more use out of them even if her foot grows. My daughter loved them, said they were super soft and loved the bows on the side! I would definitely recommend!
