Received my pillow today. I had pain in my neck, back, shoulders and arms for several months. This little pillow is very comfortable and perfect for my rather large, thick neck and skull. When I put it around my neck and lay down on a chair, I was immediately supported and felt like I was lying on a soft, flat and stable surface. The microfiber cover is soft and pleasant to the touch. I love the feel of it on my skin. This little neck pillow is supportive enough, but also soft enough (that's the word) to feel really good to me. If you love a chair, you know that unless you have a power chair with a fancy headrest, the back of most chairs doesn't offer enough head support. The only downside to this neck pillow is that I wish it was a bit longer for people like me with larger necks so it could be more versatile (e.g. as a chin rest). But for people of average height, I think it should be suitable. The pillow doesn't quite touch my fingertips, there is a gap of about 2-3 inches, but I can turn my head in any direction and still have support. I hope this review helps, especially tall people with neck and back pain.
