overall still not a great bra. It keeps the chest from moving and constricting, but provides no support or buoyancy. I do not recommend this for ladies with large breasts. I'm a D cup and it compresses rather than supports. In addition, the non-adhesive portion (for areola comfort) was very difficult to line up accurately and a little painful to remove. I will not be returning because I can get a dress that comes fitted but needs a back. The bra is still and I may use it for a single occasion in the future.
