Comes with all parts, tools and extra screws! There were no instructions but the YouTube video was enough for me, although it was a bit more pushy than I thought. You'll have to remove the circuit boards in your controller to access the main buttons and deal with the tiny screws, but it's worth it! They seem strong and durable! The color "sky blue" is a bit more powdery blue than the sales photos, which looked more turquoise, but for me it's perfect 💙
