Review on Stay Dry And Comfortable On Hikes With KEEN Women'S Targhee 3 Mid Height Waterproof Hiking Boot by John Harvieux

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Warm & waterproof. on my review.

I really like Keen sandals which is why i bought this boot. I'm not a hiker but i have foot, ankle and back problems and need stability and the sandals are always great. I've also worn Keen maryjane style shoes which i love and still have some older mj style shoes they no longer make. I needed a waterproof boot with arch support. I kept these even though i had IMMEDIATE pain from the top of the boot above my ankles. My solution was to simply not lace the boot at the top so that it's loose and doesn't hurt. They're definitely warm and the arch support is good. I normally wear a 9.5 -10 in Keen's and ordered 10.5 which is roomy enough for thick socks. They are very stiff and maybe they'll be more comfortable after time and wear.

Pros
  • They're flexible and allow for natural foot movement
Cons
  • Fixed tongue makes it difficult to adjust
