I bought this hat for my granddaughter to wear to the beach and hiking with her parents. It works really great! The vents on the sides of the hat's dome are really breathable and protect your head from overheating like some hats. It is very light and convenient for you. The adjustable cord was great for adjusting the size of the hat band to fit her head. The flap on the back of the hat protected her back and shoulders from sunburn. She loved wearing it to the beach. Made her trip to the beach very enjoyable.
