This nose trimmer has rotating blades and is quiet. Requires one AA battery which is not included. It tickles a little but does the job. On the back of the box are instructions on how to remove the blade cover to clean the blades. It hurts a bit because your nose is very sensitive but I think it's better than showing your nose hair in public :) Hope it lasts but it doesn't look super strong.
