I first bought one of the big name brand devices which I promptly returned as it didn't meet my expectations. So I went the opposite route and settled on a sub-$50 device owned by Fodsports. I have a full video on YT under my name CommonJoe if you want to check it out. But in short it sounds great and actually has bass unlike what I brought back. But my favorite feature is that I can use the built-in microphone to wirelessly connect to my iPhone and record sound! This is great for motologging as I no longer have to use a second microphone in my helmet and connect a cable to my camera or recording device. Now I just record the audio separately on my phone and then sync it with the video from the camera in post. Plus the music sounds great, loud enough at highway speeds. The only thing I wish was the ability to control the phone with "Hey Siri" or "Hey Google". If they made a more expensive version I would buy it in a heartbeat.
