Good replacement part for portable air conditioner

This window adapter is MUCH easier to use than the AC adapter. And it's thinner, so more light gets in. Exactly what we need. When we moved, we lost an extension panel from the original air conditioning system. No new hose needed etc. The air conditioning hose fits perfectly. One catch: the window-to-hose part only slides half an inch into the window pane part. Let's see if it stays or falls off.
