Review on Edifier USA Spinnaker Media Speaker System (Black): Superior Sound Quality and Sleek Design by Joe Garczynski

I ordered these speakers in September, it's now April and they worked perfectly until a month ago. The sound quality was excellent and they matched the iPod perfectly. They then started making a hissing noise whether they were being used or not. If I turn them off for a while and turn them on again, I can run for about 15 minutes without hissing. I called Revain to get a refund and they told me the warranty was with Edifier. They called me at Edifier and I spoke to a representative, she couldn't have been more helpful. They send me new speakers and a return label for the old ones - they did that with no credit card guarantee. I can't say enough good things about Revain and Edifier's customer service - any product can be defective - human error and whatnot - but as long as the company stands behind it and fixes the problem, that's all anyone could ask for. .Here's the number Revain gave me. The second speaker had the same problem as the first - I abandoned them and replaced them with Audioengine A5+ - the product is much better.
