I thought about these winter trousers for a long time and finally decided to buy them. I love walking my Golden in all weathers, but her underbelly and "feathers" on her legs get sooooo dirty and stuffed with snowballs in the snow. They just came in the mail and we tested them. Here are my thoughts: 1) Although at first I almost wet myself laughing (she was so pathetically charming), I love her, she loves her, our family loves her. 2) She was hesitant at first but as soon as I showed her my tennis ball she forgot it was on it and ran at full speed when I threw it with her. No problem for first time users3) I chose size XL as she is a 60lb golden retriever. And the costume suits her. 2) The color is more pinkish red than red so be aware. I've read that in other reviews too. 5) No jokes; will consume a lot! Don't hesitate, buy today! I am not affiliated with this company - just an avid dog walker who loves a clean house!
