Ideal for cooking with onions.

I bought these mainly to store sliced onions of different varieties - spring onions, red onions, yellow onions. The plastic containers contained the onion smell and it was impossible to get rid of it, which was found out by pickling chopped strawberries. Not this stainless steel. I also like that it's different from my other food containers, so I mainly use it for onions and hot dishes with strong spices. I want it to come in big rectangles. It's the perfect size for a couple or a single person, but too small for family cooking.
