Review on Bose QuietComfort 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones with 3.5mm Wired Connection for Apple Devices - Black by Aneta Ogrodniczek ᠌

A little disappointed, a bad purchase.

I used one pair of these headphones for several months and they have a problem - even if you pull the cable rather weakly, the plug moves in the connector and the sound disappears in the right ear. I have already developed a gesture - with my left hand to quickly drown the plug back - and I don’t really notice this problem. I recently decided to buy a second pair for my wife and children, mainly for noise reduction purposes. But in the second pair, the problem with the connector was immediately and more serious - it was almost impossible to achieve sound in the right ear, and in the left ear, the sound also sometimes disappears when the plug in the connector is slightly moved. It should also be noted that the Bose support service in 2022 is zero - either they answered me that I had the wrong documents, or they said that the model was completely discontinued and they couldn’t do anything even for money! I will try to get a guarantee in the USA, since I bought through Amazon, I managed to politely talk to the American support service on the phone. Although whether they will repair / change under warranty in the USA, I really did not understand. They don't respond to emails, so you can't get to the point.

Pros
  • Noise cancellation really works, making it much easier to be on a plane or in the subway. I'm not an audiophile, the quality for listening to music is enough for me.
Cons
  • Poor build quality, there may be defects on new headphones.
