First off, I'm using this monitor with a PC and here are some thoughts after a few days of use: It's taken me a few days to get this monitor to my liking and I'm not entirely sure I can handle the fiddling to be ready. However, for the price it seems to be a decent monitor. The brightness does not have to be increased to 95 or 100 for the display to be bright enough. Many people have it set in the 20-25 range, but mine is set at 75, which I think is about the same brightness as anyone who wants it. The color settings could be a bit more robust, but my graphics card allows color adjustments on its own. I've read complaints about the base being flimsy, but these people seem to have overlooked the screw under the base that needs to be tightened after assembly.
