Can be used multiple times a day.
Although I've been using Alba Green Tea Moisturizer for years, I've been using Alba Pineapple Scrub for three years. As for me, I can use this product twice a day and it's not too harsh; where, like some other products, the "exfoliating" part was too harsh for my skin. Taste and consistency are very good for me.
