I bought this mount with BenQ 32" (31.5). Both are new. Pros: Easy assembly. The package included the correct hex tools needed for assembly. I needed one Phillips screwdriver for VESE mount and screws for cable management. It holds a 32" monitor fairly well. The mount can raise and lower, swivel left and right, tilt back and forth, and rotate the monitor 360 degrees. With some effort and depending on how far away the mount is, even if you use both monitor arms you can actually mount them into the telescope, the farther it is mounted depends on how close or far you can position the monitor to yourself No additional lever tension adjustments were required Cons: You need at least 1 3/4" to clamp it securely to your desk . A computer desk without a cage allows for more articulation. The instructions should be better as there is no written instructions, only photos. Summary: I used this mount for about 6 hours. This is my first pendant of this type. I agree with this, but I will continue to work with it to have the best possible experience. It's reasonably priced and offers plenty of customization options for a decently sized monitor. I'm going to mount it upside down on my desk drawer to see if I like the adjustability more.
