I've only had the scale for a short time. I got on the scale, went to the doctor and the weight was the same on the Taylor scale and the Dock scale. I would say that's a five star rating. Also, the numbers are big. Advantage for people with vision problems. I had a different Taylor scale for 15 years. Started doing shaky stuff, so new.
