I read many reviews before purchasing this product and was a little nervous about some of the bad reviews. First, let me say that there is no chemical smell. The scent is really great and I always give compliments. People think these are good perfumes even though they are not "perfume". The shampoo has good coverage and rinses out well and the conditioner is quite moisturizing. I used the mask twice. It also has a pleasant smell. I wouldn't say this is the best option for severely damaged hair, but it's ideal for thinner or just slightly dry hair. The only thing I can say even slightly negative is that the outer packaging, the box, was a bit crappy, like a normal gift set box, but I don't use a hair box, so I didn't care.
