While these are open on each end, one side does have a thin elastic band in the end. My only assumption is this is meant to be the top and the bank helps to keep the warmers up, over your knee.My thighs were too thick for this to be comfortable to wear, so I have returned them.Quality seemed nice other than this one feature.
- Hanging out or dressing up…. They are great. Thick and warm. Not too tight around thighs. I’d recommend.
- May not be suitable for those with sensitive skin
