Excellent product, the best quality.

They never brought me the item I had pre-ordered from the Samsung brand store and didn't even bother to apologize. Put your foot down. Bought on Amazon at a beauty salon.

Pros

Almost as light as air. They're so faint that you hardly notice them in your ear. You can listen to music while lying on your side.

Cons

Because of variations in ear size and shape, it is important to take precise measurements before making a purchase. I can't seem to get them on right. My ears are apparently quite large. I didn't experience any amplification of sound.
