Excellent charging station, both in forum and function. Not sure about other reviewers but my phone is securely fastened. I use a MagSafe charging case which is highly recommended if you use a case. The watch rotates, but no more than other watch chargers. At first I thought a more pronounced groove for AirPods would make sense, but what if Apple changes the design? The LED indicator glows red when the AirPods aren't charging and green when they're charging. Replace the desk/bedside lamp, but don't replace the reading lamp unless it's pointing at you. I had a day and I will definitely buy this model again.
