I bought this product for my son because he was building a computer and I decided to buy him a keyboard and mouse as a surprise. He was very happy with it and started playing with the keyboard and mouse and said he really likes the quality of the mouse and keyboard. The next day he had school. He went and turned on the computer and the RGB keyboard lit up and responded, but the RGB mouse was off and when he pressed it it stuttered red. I would advise him to leave it connected to the computer just in case. After that, the RGB keyboard turned off. Then he removed the mouse and keyboard and repeated the process and the mouse didn't work. Please help me! But the keyboard is still good so far. PLEASE HELP!
