I originally ordered the adapter from Colorfulday. Initially I had a problem connecting an HDMI and USB-A cable. Everything worked fine if I only connected an HDMI or USB-A cable (for mouse and keyboard); However, when I connected them together, only the HDMI cable seemed to work. After contacting customer service I requested a replacement and received a new adapter today. It works perfectly and doesn't cause any problems at all. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap USB-C adapter. I use it with my Dell laptop and it works amazing.
